Dr. Joseph Mar Thoma Metropolitan was consecrated as the 21st Metropolitan of the Mar Thoma Church on 2nd October, 2007 at Thiruvalla. His Grace the Most Rev. Dr. Philipose Mar Chrysostom was consecrated as the Valiya Metropolitan on the same occassion. His Grace the Rt. Rev.Dr. Zacharais Mar Theophilus Suffragan Metropolitan was the Cheif Celebrant along with all the Bishops of the Mar Thoma Church and also Bishops representing sister churches. |
